Getting hitched this February? On the 02 or the 20th. Maybe the 29th? These magical numbers have surely been selected by thousands of couples to ensure they remember their special day in a really unique numerical way.
The second of February, twenty-twenty falls on a Sunday – a good day for a wedding and a really cool number, when you view it: 2-02-2020 or 02-20-2020. Hopefully the Farmers Almanac has predicted good weather for you, depending upon where you’re planning your ceremony.
The 20th, not as easy… it’s a Thursday this year. So unless you’re eloping, it could be harder to get your guests all together for a daytime ceremony. BUT! According to an article in Cosmo magazine (Sept. 2019), DynamicAstrology.com founder and author of the book ‘Your Stars‘, Carolyne Faulkner; says that the year 2020 is “a particularly fortuitous time to enter into lasting partnerships”, with February being the best month astrologically, and the 20th of February 2020 being the best date to get hitched. So saddle up and why not go for it?
Don’t forget! 2020 is a leap year. It seems so long since we’ve had one. Saturday, February 29, 2020 we predict will be a popular day to get married. Not only is the day of the week perfect, but the number again looks really cool day to get married… 02-29-2020. You know, this date also creates a numerological 8! which is infinity… and of course, brides + grooms will only have to buy an anniversary gift for the other every four years. What a good deal.
If none of those dates really fill your fancy or fit your schedule, what about February 9th? It’s a Sunday AND it’s National Pizza Day!
Of course, Valentine’s Day is THE MOST romantic day of the year in practically every place on the planet. Saying “I Do” on Friday, February 14th, 2020 is sure to get everyone in the room swooning with you.
In the end, no matter the date you choose, February wedding or not; once you’ve committed to that special person, the date you choose will forever be special to you both, no matter what.
So congratulations to all of our January, February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September, October, November and December Brides and Grooms out there. May your day be memorable… and your commitment long lasting.
